Tapioca starch (in the market is often known as starch) is flour made from manioc / cassava. Making is done by means grated, squeezed, washed, precipitated, extracted starch cider, and dried / dry. Properties of starch, when mixed with hot water will be clay / like glue. Also called tapioca starch or corn starch (sago cassava). Tapioca flour will have a different treatment for each type of cake because of the properties owned flour.
